Datasette is a software that provides a web interface on top of any SQLite database. With the web interface you can query the data using SQL and it even provides a json, csv or GraphQL API.

Datasette can easily be extended thanks to plugins. Among many plugins, it has one to display data on a map and another one for data visualization using Vega.
